The quality policy of KAONMEDIA is
To “realize customer satisfaction through company-wide continuous and systematic preemptive quality improvement activities” in order to provide customers with the best products and services.
Quality objective
We are doing the following to be the best company for our customers:
- We pursue enhanced product quality and trust through systematic preemptive quality improvement activities..
- We engage in preemptive material management through material and process quality management to maintain partnerships with vendors.
- We pursue the best quality and guaranteed defect-free products through continuous quality management processes.
Quality management
Based on a customer satisfaction program in which trust was gained for a number of years both in Korea and abroad, we are proposing various technical support and customer satisfaction programs so that the products supplied can always be serviced in the best conditions.
Quality guarantee plans
In addition to the quality standards of customers, we have our own strict quality policies and standards as part of our efforts to ensure zero defect rates. Inspection of supplied products follows the standards prescribed by customers, and KAONMEDIA is doing its best for quality management.
Quality management system
We follow strict quality management criteria based on international standards in order to improve each production process and to provide our quality guarantee. In particular, as our major clientele are in Europe, we must satisfy all of the European quality standards, which are very strict. Furthermore, with the company-wide support of quality organizations, we are applying continuous and systematic quality management processes to make our internal evaluation, quality inspection, and review organizations independent in order to establish an optimal system that satisfies customer demands 100%.
Quality Assurance Process
Quality guarantee activities include the establishment and execution of plans for practical and continuous activities from the start to the end of the project. KAONMEDIA develops quality guarantee plans and activities in order to prevent nonconformities before they occur, and to ensure the reliability, safety and efficiency of the system in order to satisfy the quality demands of customers. We are conducting strict quality management according to international standards to improve each production process and to provide our quality guarantee.
Quality management program
In order to satisfy the customer quality demands of customers, KAONMEDIA prevents nonconformities through parts import inspection, production process quality management and delivery quality management activities, while engaging in production quality management activities to ensure the reliability, safety and efficiency of our products.
